[Codespaces] The "Execute Query" disappears from the command bar within 1 second when creating a function query for a PostgreSQL account

Repro steps:

1. Create a PostgreSQL account.
2. Expand PostgreSQL account -> Expand "postgres" -> Right click "Functions" -> Click "Create Function Query..."
   -> Enter a name -> Select return type.
3. Check whether there is the "Execute Query" in the command bar.

Expect:
There is the "Execute Query" in the command bar.

Actual:
The "Execute Query" disappears from the command bar within 1 second.

More Info:

1. This issue also reproduces when creating a stored procedure query.
2. This issue doesn't reproduce on Windows OS.
3. The "Execute Query" is back after saving the .psql file.
