[Suggestion] It would be better if remove the "Create Database..." command from the context menu of the attached PostgreSQL database #1947

Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

Attach a PostgreSQL database.
Right click the attached PostgreSQL database under the "Attached Database Accounts" node -> Check its context menu.
Check whether there is no "Create Database..." command in the context menu.

Actual:
There is a "Create Database..." command in the context menu.

Suggestion:
It would be better if remove the "Create Database..." command from the context menu of the attached PostgreSQL database.
