OS: All
Build Version: v0.13.0

Repro Steps:

  1. Expand the Application Settings node.
  2. F1 -> Azure Static Web Apps: Add New Setting... -> Select a static web app -> Select an environment -> Enter a setting name -> Enter a value to create a new application setting.
  3. Check whether the new application setting shows in the static web app.

Expect:
The new application setting shows in the static web app.

Actual:
The new application setting doesn't show in the static web app.

More Info:

  1. Refresh can fix this issue.
  2. This issue also reproduces when executing rename/edit/delete application settings commands from command palette.
  3. This issue does not reproduce if installing the previous Azure Resources extension v0.9.9.

Related to microsoft/vscode-azureresourcegroups#1011
