Describe the bug

Target netfx with mono on Linux, run a MTP based framework with --hangdump or --coverage to ensure you have some testhost controller and you will have some infinite hang.

Using diagnostic logs, it appears that the testhost process is crashing directly causing MTP to hang forever in waiting for connection to testhost.
