Will there be an Anthropic connector (Claude) for .NET? Confusing answers in other issues

Hello,

It looks like someone was working on adding an Anthropic connector in PR #7364.
It was closed because of Microsoft.AI.Extensions was the preferred path.

I'm going to close this for now as our preferred path is to use M.E.AI abstractions for all new AI connectors.

Then someone in this issue #5690 said:

AI.extensions is designed to integration with existing .net sdk of model providers. But anthropic doesn't have .net SDK.

So, will there be a connector for Anthropic for .NET?

Claude is the best model for my use case, so I will stop using SK until then. I'm a bit sad. I even considered deploying to AWS instead of Azure to use Claude through bedrock with SK.

P.S. - Can't find any documentation of using Microsoft.AI.Extensions with Claude
