unable to Collect Data after successfully elevating via UAC dialog

I ran PerfView, successfully elevated, but was unable to Collect Data with an error that I didn't have permissions
Any thoughts what permissions are needed to collect PerfView traces?

It works fine for me when I use PerfView in other environments/different user (like a VM with a local Admin)

I suspect my IT has altered the default permissions, and would like to provide suggestion what permissions are needed to enable ETW tracing.

Steps to Repro

1. Open PerfView (on my corpnet)
2. Alt+C (to open the collect dialog
3. Yes to the UAC dialog
4. PerfView reopens with (Administrator) in the title bar
5. Press Collect

Expected Results

Collection Starts

Actual Results

Error: Error Starting ETW: Access Denied (Administrator rights required to start ETW)

I have not seen this before, especially considering that PerfView is running as an administrator. By chance are you able to try capturing with WPA to see if you get a similar error?
