RBAC & Data Security?

I design primarily mulit-tenent SaaS applications with multiple tenants in a single stamp. What is the method for embedding this experience but switching the backing data to be corresponding to folks with the correct roles & tenancy?

1. I may have multiple Digital Twins instances and need this tenant routed to the correct one.
2. In a single Digital Twins instance I might have multiple tenant.
3. A single tenant might have multiple users with different types of roles and those roles might be rbac'd depending such as EMEA admins only see EMEA stuff and US admins only see US stuff etc.
