Where do I install Windows Admin Center

My Jumpstart for HCI is up and running. I have been able to deploy resources.
Where should I be installing Windows Admin Center? on the HCIbox / AzSMGMT / jumpstart DC?

I thought I would put it on the HCIbox in order to manage the 2 different nodes in my cluster.
I think my installation failed because the URL was bringing up 404.

I uninstalled WAC and reinstalled via: https://aka.ms/WACDownload

Now WAC runs on the HCIbox. I couldn't add the cluster, but I could add the nodes (with credentials).

How do I add the cluster to WAC?
