I don't know, it happened suddenly.

Expected Behavior

I hope it should download and build the image under a minute like it used to be!

Actual Behavior

WSL2 Docker Build hangs on downloading anything for a long time.

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

@ismailbayram please check the syntax, it should be RUN apt update instead of RUN apk update. See the yellow line in your output.
