Repro Steps

终端中运行WSL或者Ubuntu，出现一下错误：

远程过程调用失败。
错误代码: Wsl/Service/RPC_S_CALL_FAILED

附加信息：
前几天还正常使用，今天启动的时候就报错。

一个可能的原因是：更新了Windows系统，更新到Windows 11 24H2

Expected Behavior

正常启动Ubuntu

Actual Behavior

远程过程调用失败。
错误代码: Wsl/Service/RPC_S_CALL_FAILED

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

If this is a networking issue, please use collect-networking-logs.ps1, following the instructions here
