WSL --class not registered

I did a system reset due to some reason after that i was trying to install docker desktop but it showed some error regarding WSL when I tried to install WSL it showing class not registered I tried so many fixes from another issues and required windows features are also enabled but error still same it was working fine before system reset.

C:\Users\ak680>wsl --install
Class not registered
Error code: Wsl/CallMsi/Install/REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG

Please help me solve this issue.

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

If this is a networking issue, please use collect-networking-logs.ps1, following the instructions here

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.

Same error code.
You can try to install the latest WSL from https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/releases
Works for me.
