Description of the new feature / enhancement

Advanced paste's "Paste With AI" currently requires an OpenAI API key. Would be really nice to instead have locally hosted AI for this using something like Ollama. There are also some vision models here to parse images.

Scenario when this would be used?

Mostly for privacy, also some regions don't allow obtaining an OpenAI API key.
