Steps to reproduce

Set a shortcut to reproduce the Browser Search command.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I was expecting to, having a selected text, open a new tab on the active browser that searches for that text.

❌ Actual Behavior

The shortcut linked to the Browser Search command opens up the search bar of Windows 11 (the one next to the start menu). The other Browser * commands (like Browser Refresh or Browser Home) work in the active browser, as intended.
