Steps to reproduce

Activate Color Picker with Win+Shift+C, then use the mouse wheel to zoom in on a section. The UI is visible in the zoomed-in box.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The UI element showing the color should not be visible while zooming.

❌ Actual Behavior

When zooming, the edge of the color picker is shown.

Feels like a regression as i don't remember this happening in earlier builds. I can repro it.

Think this could be as simple as turning off UI then doing screenshot. My gut says this happened during the WpfUI port. Now to see if the Modern WPF PR does this.
