Is there anyone who contributes that could add EXR and HDR image thumbnail support to PowerToys? Perhaps there are more 32bit image filetypes that could be integrated also.
I feel like this is something that has been requested to Microsoft for quite some time without any result.
Scenario when this would be used?
In File Explorer it would be great to see preview thumbnails of .exr files. And perhaps .hdr image files too. These are image file formats often used by VFX professionals but thumbnails for these are not native supported in Windows 11 - despite EXR being an open source file format (as far as I am aware).
