Steps to reproduce

On Windows 11, right click a file or a folder then click Show More Options to bring up the legacy context menu. The PowerRename option appears twice, probably because it's creating both the new Windows 11 option and the old Windows 10 one.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerRename should appear only once in the menu

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerRename should appears twice in the menu
