Change the keyboard layout for highlighted text

Description of the new feature / enhancement

1. you enter text into the text field
2. select the text in the wrong layout
3. press the key to change the layout (e.g. Win+Shift+L)
4. and voila, the text is converted to another layout!

Scenario when this would be used?

People who have more than one keyboard layout installed in Windows are always faced with the problem of typing text in the wrong layout. it would be very convenient to highlight text and use a keyboard shortcut to translate it to the desired layout.
