Description of the new feature / enhancement

Interested in some way to set powertoys keyboard manager key remaps via command line. Perhaps this is in the form of:

  • a PowerToys Keyboard Manager specific CLI
  • a general purpose PowerToys CLI that has options for Keyboard Manager remapping
  • any other way to use powershell to add / remove remaps

Scenario when this would be used?

I often will use PowerToys to remap WinKey to Left Alt on my laptop. The laptop doesn't have any bespoke mapping software, so PowerToys is a such a great tool for me.

I find I have to manually open the UI, and do quite a few mouse clicks / keyboards presses to bind, then again a few later to unbind.

As a Windows power user, I am an avid powershell user and I have a full custom environment I have tuned to my tastes. I would love the ability to bind/unbind keys with the keyboard manager with a single command in my custom powershell environment.

Supporting information

I looked really hard to see if this functionality existed and I could not spot it, so forgive me ( and hopefully link me <3 ) if it already exists.

also, if you all agree this is a desired functionality and would be interested, I would potentially be into contributing to the code myself to make it happen.
