Open a window on a monitor from which it was launched #18882

but like, if i am on a 2nd monitor and click onenote in my taskbar, it opens the app in the last spot it was launched typically so if that spot was on monitor 1, that app would go to monitor 1 FancyZones does have some of this concept but you have to snap the window first |

Description of the new feature / enhancement
It was very useful if a window opens on a monitor from which application was launched by Start menu or from desktop.
Scenario when this would be used?
At the moment the new window opens where it is opened already or where it was opened last time. It is not productive for user.
