Description of the new feature / enhancement

If you are from 3rd world country you have 2 keyboard layouts (your native language and english). So would be nice to make checkbox convert to virtual keys, so they work in any keyboard layout.

Scenario when this would be used?

In games, apps.

KBM doesn't perform well in game scenarios. We blindly just send keycodes around also with no context of what they really are. We see code 150 and you mapped it to 142 so we block the 150 from bubbling down and inject in 142 for you. KBM itself doesn't know what a swedish or english keycode is.

I think more in terms of #14850 would be more actionable for the mistype scenario.

Else this would be us leveraging a different system which we do have 2 R&D tasks for but may be hard since we may not get to feature parity. This would allow you do to do whatever. OR the #5668 KBM task where you could do this injection. Example swedish keyboards I believe lack brackets.

Ultimately, we're tracking the problem with other issues
