Deploying individual app/project in multi project repo

In the multi project repository, when we deploy, we can select environments, but can we deploy individual app/project? For example if I have multiple project repo with projects/apps like W1, US, DK, how do I chose to deploy only the apps in one project.

In the picture below, all the three projects/apps (W1, US and DK) are being built first and then being deployed to QA environment.

If I have my environments like e.g. DK-UAT, US-FQA, W1-PROD, W1-UAT etc. How do I deploy lets say W1 only to W1 UAT. And then DK to DK UAT only?
