Word lookups break off if seeing mid dot character #2358

Example:
ＪＭＴＲ [ジェー・エム・ティー・アール] /(n) Japan Material Test Reactor/JMTR/

When hovering over the reading, we should be able to see the word, but it only highlights the first block.

We fixed some of these issues before so this problem needs to be debugged more.
