Due to https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2018/10/providing-safe-and-secure-experience.html, we should now require rather than request that the app is set as the default SMS app for all flavours.

@MaxDiz This seems to reference a new default behavior for the gateway app. Does this sort of issue belong in the app builder's backlog? Not exactly sure where to move it.
