This Update-WECacheExportFile should allow to update based on hash:

##pseudocode

$HashtoUpdate = @{
 LastRunTime = 'SomeDate'
}
$Cache = Get-Cache
foreach ($key in ($hashtoUpdate).GetEnumerator()) ){ 
$Cache[$definition.name].$key.Name = $key.Value
}
