Every time I receive a call from Signal in the specific contact room, I see the following information:

Caller (Signal)  started a voice call on Signal. Use the native app to answer the call.
Caller (Signal)  ended a call on Signal.

Where "Caller" is the contact name.
I suggest avoiding that information in the room because it's very annoying to see notifications like those.
