I'm not sure if it applies or not to ShaderGlass but I thought I'd mention it as a possible fix.

I just signed up to GitHub post the same link!

I spoke to the developer of Lossless Scaling - this is exactly what he used for his application 👌

Hopefully this can be fixed for us W10 users.

The yellow border + an OLED display = shader glass is simply unusable!
(for OLED care reasons and the fact that it's super distracting and doesn't let black frames to blend in with the real bezel, as is what OLEDs do best)
