Some rooms do not get fully indexed

Sometimes when I reindex my account due to #133, apparently some of my rooms do not get indexed correctly, which I only notice by the fact that some search terms which I know were mentioned in the room many times do not return the appropriate number of results. For example, a search term that was mentioned 50+ times in a room is now only returning 1 recent occurrence.

Again, no additional debugging information is available at the moment, and this might even be a problem with the EW integration rather than a bug in seshat itself. I'll add to the issue as I gather more information.
