Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current CSV export options separates columns as commas. This causes problems when a title or description contains commas, as parsing the CSV file (e.g. with Excel or any other software in which you want to import your books) creates several new columns in this case.
Describe the solution you'd like
Either separate the columns with semicolons (could still cause problems) or with tabs. I'm not sure if you use the Goodreads standard for export, and how that standard solves the issue.
