Zoom-in doesn't capture the color on the tooltip #48

Reproduce:

Open Color picker using shortcut
Zoom in using mouse wheel
Left mouse click to pick the color as indicated on the tooltip

It seems that it picks the color that is actually under the mouse position, disregarding the zoom window.

E.g. I want to pick a color of this icon on my desktop

Pasting after left mouse click produces #000000 which is the color of my desktop background.

If it's relevant, I am using Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4890)
