VGPS implementation on the "new" map

Implement a add to/remove from VGPS selector on the new (now several years old) map https://www.geocaching.com/play/map . Similar functionality to https://www.geocaching.com/map , but it should probably be added to the left pane.

Obviously bump the minor version number after such implementation (the middle number).

Remark, since I am here: it may be worth skipping /play/map. There exists https://www.geocaching.com/live/play/map, which, noting that the logging pages and list pages have recently moved to this "/live" subsection, it is likely that /live/play/map will supersede /play/map in the near future.
