unable to install or update

when trying to download from hacs, i am getting following error.
A timeout of 60! seconds was encountered while downloading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/madmicio/LG-WebOS-Remote-Control/master/lg-remote-control.js, using over 60 seconds to download a single file is not normal. This is not a problem with HACS but how your host communicates with GitHub. Retrying up to 5 times to mask/hide your host/network problems to stop the flow of issues opened about it. Tries left 4

can anyone please advise how to go about installing it. i tried to manually install it but unable to make it work too. the previous version was working fine. issue started when i attempted to update unsuccessfully. i tried removing and reinstalling it. this is where it all started. thanks for help in advance. I am using HA OS latest version. I also removed HACS completely and installed it again. i am still unable to install latest rev of this custom component.
