VRChat disallows and actively prevents blendshapes specified in the avatar descriptor (specifically Visemes, Blink, LookUp and LookDown) from being animated in-game, but this is not reflected in the emulator. If controlled by animations, they will work in Unity but not in game.

In 3.4.7, I have added support for blink and eye look and it now updates them in LateUpdate as well, which should override the animator as expected. Let me know if it is working as expected.
