Make "Disqus comments not available by default when the website is previewed locally" more discrete

I am writing a blog post and previewing it live in Hugo. I constantly notice the text

Disqus comments not available by default when the website is previewed locally.

which strictly isn't part of the blog post content I am writing.

Request: It would be really nice to make this piece of text stand out a little less (gray text color?) such that I can focus more on my blog post content instead.

FYI, I just disabled Disqus and will therefore not have a look at this.
