Text flashes in blue when using Back button

Recently noticed that when you navigate back to a previous page with the back button, the text on that page briefly flashes in a blue colour - if you use a mobile browser on iOS. I tested with Safari, Edge and Brave. The example site also has this behaviour. Anyone else see this happen?

I don't see this happening here. But my last changes fixed a blink issue with transitions. Could you please check if the problem is still happening?

Thanks for your response. That doesn't seem to solve the problem however... I attached a screen grab of the behavior. In dark mode, the whole menu bar also flashes briefly in white - but I believe there was another issue open for that...

I guess this is an issue with our JS to switch color schemes and local cache. I could reproduce this issue in mobile chrome by hitting a link continually.

But, I don't have a solution for the problem yet.
