Hi everyone! 👋
As AI continues to grow in popularity, the need for vector databases that can efficiently handle high-dimensional data (like embeddings used in AI/ML models) has become more critical than ever.
Our repository currently provides a collection of Docker Compose files for a variety of databases, and we'd like to expand it by including open-source vector databases to support AI and machine learning use cases.
To make sure we're adding the most relevant and useful databases for the community, we’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions on which open-source vector databases we should include.
Databases we are considering
We’re looking for community input on which vector databases would be the most beneficial for inclusion in this collection. Your feedback will help us provide the best options for developers working on AI and machine learning projects. Here are a few options we’ve come across so far, but feel free to suggest others:
