Where can I find the example code

might be a stupid question, but where can I find the code the example code for building a BuRR data structure assuming I already have and provide the keys and values lists?

Hi, since I have just taken the time to check out the example code I noticed the missing #include statements. Can you tell me please what header I am supposed to use to get the code working. Thanks a lot!
