[Bug] 使用PROXY_URL后DNS解析异常，不能正确显示图片

使用PROXY_URL后DNS解析异常，不能正确显示图片，但是去除代理配置就正常显示了
日志出现这样的内容：
reason: DNS lookup 224.0.0.x(family:4, host:dalleprodsec.blob.core.windows.net) is not allowed. Because, It is private IP address.

I found a similar closed issue related to DNS resolution problems when using PROXY_URL in the lobe-chat repository. The suggested solution was to remove the proxy settings from the environment variables, specifically - PROXY_URL=http://xxxxxxxx:7890, as it caused DNS resolution issues. Without the proxy, the images were displayed correctly ^[1].

Additionally, you can configure lobe-chat to bypass the private IP check for certain domains or IP addresses using the SSRF_ALLOW_IP_ADDRESS_LIST configuration option. This allows you to specify a list of private IP addresses that are permitted, which might help in resolving your issue. Ensure that SSRF_ALLOW_PRIVATE_IP_ADDRESS is set to 0 for this to take effect ^[2].
