I need this:

    static @NotNull Optional<Constructor<?>> getConstructor(@NotNull Class<?> declarer,
                                                            Class<?> @NotNull ... parameters) {
        try {
            return Optional.of(declarer.getDeclaredConstructor(parameters));
        } catch (NoSuchMethodException ignore) {
            return Optional.empty();
        }
    }
