Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

To Reproduce

  1. Make sure a pdf/video is sent sussessfully in a group
  2. Open that group in Safari brower
  3. Click on the file to preview it
  4. See that could not preview

Expected results

the file could be preview

maybe the same issue with @tprudentova #2257. Please clear cache and cookie and test again.

@hoangdat , yes, you are right. After I clear cache, the issue is not happen, thanks!

Please close it. We will try to fix the problem relate to cache later
