[BUG][Chrome] avatar is reset after selecting an SVG image as a profile picture

Describe the bug

After selecting an SVG image as an avatar and saving it, the chosen avatar does not show as expected. Instead, a transparent avatar is displayed, and then a generated avatar is displayed.

Pre-Bug State

open twake chat on web using chrome

To Reproduce

1 - go to settings -> click on name
2 - click on the button under avatar -> edit avatar
3 - select an SVG image ( it is allowed since it's an image )
4 - click on done ( top right )

Expected results

either one:

• disable SVG images from allowed picture list
  or
• display the SVG image as an avatar

Context

• Device: HP ProBook
• OS: Ubuntu
• Browser: Chome
• App Version: 2.6.7
• Server: staging
