Retroarch doesn't have Mic access in IOS

First and foremost consider this:

Description

Retroarch never asks for access for the mic and it cannot be used in any cores that allow it.

Expected behavior

Retroarch has your phone/ipad ask for permission to use the microphone

Actual behavior

This doesn't happen and certain cores like MelonDS cannot be used with the microphone

Yes, it is normal as it was not enabled on iOS.

But it should change thanks to #16955
