Now that the app supports to be used without Piped, we should probably also add that information and option to the welcome screen.

This would be very useful, I am waiting for it! I really like LibreTube UX but also I just want to use it as simple as NewPipe so fully local mode without any complicated thing will be very useful ASAP. Thanks a lot.
