Today we saw a Windows launcher installation notice it was entering modern standby (event 506), which may have been correct -- but then it never left that state, despite clearly being awake.
We should understand how this device got stuck in this state and why the modern standby flag didn't clear.
We saw this with @dankolide's Windows device today -- the incident started at 2024-08-26T16:48:22.1790979Z, and continued until approximately 3pm Eastern, when he restarted launcher and thereby cleared the modern standby state.
