Scratchpad window reappears after toggle.

Problem: When first scratch window toggled to show state, another scratch window shown, now when I change the windows to hidden state, the first window reappears.

When it does reappear, it isn't in focus, my workaround is to focus then toggle to hide.

Sometimes this situation just happens randomly. Attaching a video to showcase the same.
