error after installing

Dear all,
I have tried to install the extension for portal announcement. The upgrade process has worked fine, however, when the portal user logs into the portal, there is a blank page with the error "Template "knowitop-portal-announcement/portal/announcement.html.twig" is not defined () in "itop-portal-base/portal/src/views/home/layout.html.twig" at line 33.".

Could you please, advice?

Hi, I am using itop 2.3.4 and also tried on 2.4.1.

I have checked the module on iTop 2.3.4 but I didn't catch the error. I tried on docker image vbkunin/itop:2.3.4. Please, send me support information of your iTop instance from "About iTop..." menu and I'll try to check on exactly the same environment.
