Toggle don't work

Toggle don't work on this page: http://www.bing.com/news/search?FORM=NWRFSH
Bing shows the news in germany for me.

"Normal" links toggles correct: http://www.rp-online.de/panorama/fernsehen/volker-bruch-aus-babylon-berlin-hollywood-ruft-nie-an-aid-1.7111253
but I must manualy refresh the page!

But all links like

• http://www.bing.com/news/search?q=site%3awww.spiegel.de&FORM=NWBCLM
• http://www.bing.com/news/search?q=site%3awww.zeit.de&FORM=NWBCLM
  I can only set visited, but not unvisited. Refresh don't help.

I am having problems too. The site I'm having trouble with is my private http server, so can't give that here. Is there a workaround for this problem?

Links inside bing.com are working fine for me. BUT the bing links the OP listed cannot be Unvisited here on Github. Specifically, https://bing.com works from Github. http://www.bing.com/news/search?q=site%3awww.spiegel.de&FORM=NWBCLM does not work on Github.

I will also note that the extension: "Remove Visited Link" removes it successfully on my http server. So Firefox is capable of doing this.

I'm running Firefox 70.02 with all tracking protections turned on.

Settings: I do not have the link color overridden, and I am not marking all bookmarks as visited. Also Skip history check is disabled.
