Description

Right now it is only possible to start the game as the crowned player. If the crowned player is trolling or waiting for ages before starting the game while all others want to start, it is sometimes a little annoying. Thats why a simple /start command that only the admin with the /power could use to force starting a race would be cool.

Probably that's already fixed in #5 but it's not finished yet
