Removed demoDomain, KeymanWeb_StaticRoot js variables. Removed $site_suffix, $site_protocol, $site_keymanwebhelp, $site_keymanwebdemo, $site_keyman, $staticDomain and $TestServer php variables. Relates-to: keymanapp/help.keyman.com#1870
