[BUG] Custom Weather Intent not working #422

Description:
Custom Intents for Weather don't work as they don't connect to the Server API.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Custom Intents
Create an Intent and select Weather "intent_weather_extend"
Create it and tell Vector to run the Custom Intent by Sayings "Hey Vector" Custom Intent {Utterances}

Expected behavior:
There should be an option to select what Weather API to use for the specific Intent

Device:

OS: Windows 11
Hardware: Ryzen CPU

Additional context:
This doesn't happen when I'm not using the Custom Intent Feature
