bug by accepting device

so basicly there are some issues i dont know if you have time sir , when i setup a pattern to accept a device it actualy randomyl accepts it . first it says 3 times no matching pattern found then then the 4 time says accepted device even doe i didnt even change something , and is it possible to also not only accept device but to request device so i request to add a device so everything goes manualy
